This program sends reminder and follow-up text messages about a survey or appointment you signed up for.
How to opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number inside a survey and agreeing to the consent statement shown there. We do not send these messages to anyone who has not opted in. See how SMS opt-in works for the consent question as participants see it.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by study. Typically you will receive 1 to 3 messages per study.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages from the program.

Carriers
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
